Microsoft Azure Marketplace Subscription and Licensing
Cirrus Data Cloud via Microsoft Azure Marketplace Subscription
Cirrus Data Cloud is available on Microsoft Azure Marketplace. You can subscribe to Cirrus Data Cloud via Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Once subscribed, all your license consumption will be metered and billed to your Azure subscription on a monthly basis.
If you are an existing user, you will also have the option to connect your Cirrus Data Cloud account to your Azure Marketplace subscription. Once connected, all subsequent license usage will be billed to your Azure subscription.
Microsoft Azure Private Offers are available for Cirrus Data Cloud. Contact our sales team at info@cirrusdata.com about your specific needs.
The following guide will take you through all the steps to get access to Cirrus Data Cloud via Azure Marketplace:
Subscribe from Azure Marketplace
To get started, login to your Azure subscription account, go to Azure Marketplace and search for Cirrus Migrate Cloud.

Make sure your current azure user account has access to the Azure Subscription intended for billing, and click "Subscribe" under plans + pricing.

Next, select your Azure Subscription, your Resource Group and enter a Name for this subscription. Make sure Recurring Billing is on to ensure that operations will not be interrupted.


On the next screen, review the information and click Subscribe.

Cirrus Data Cloud is now added to your Azure subscription as a new SaaS Subscription. Click on "Configure Account Now" when prompted and you will be redirected to Cirrus Data Cloud management interface to complete your Cirrus Data Cloud Subscription Activation.

Alternatively, you should receive an email from Azure with a link to configure your Cirrus Data Cloud account.

🔹 New User (See below if you're an Existing User)
You will need to create a new Cirrus Data Cloud user account that is connected to your Azure Marketplace Subscription. Review your information and click on the "Create New Account" button to sign up for an account.

Next, enter your user information and click Sign Up.
Depending on Microsoft Azure's processing time, this subscription activation time may take up to a few minutes.

Once your account is created, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your Cirrus Data Cloud account.

Click on the Set Up Account button from your newly received email and you will be redirected back to Cirrus Data Cloud to create your account password.

Next, login to your new account. After entering your email and password, a 2FA code will be sent to your email.

Complete your user profile on the next screen.

You may confirm from the top right corner that your account is connected to an Azure Marketplace Subscription with the Azure identifier.
🔹 (If you're an existing Cirrus Data Cloud user already)
If you are an existing user and would like to connect your existing account to your Azure Marketplace subscription, click on the "Connect Account" button.
Alternatively, you can select "Sign up for a new account instead" to create a new Cirrus Data Cloud account with a different email address.
Note that once your account is connected to your Azure Subscription, all license transactions will be conducted through your subscription and billed via your Azure subscription account.

Obtaining Migration Licenses
Next, click on My License Key. Your license key is a "wallet" where you can obtain migration licenses and transfer to your migration projects.


Click on Add Migration Credit to obtain migration licenses. All license obtained will be billed to your Azure subscription.

Once confirmed, licenses will be added to your license key immediately.

That's it! You can now transfer your licenses to your migration projects and start your migration operations.

Creating a New Project
To create a new project, click the Create New Project button to launch the Create Project dialog box.

Fill in the required information and click on CREATE PROJECT.

Back at the main page, click on the name of the newly created project (blue text) to open the project.

Manage Subscription / Unsubscribe
If you are subscribed via Azure Marketplace, you can manage or cancel your subscription via Azure's management portal.

Unsubscribe
To cancel your subscription, select Cancel Subscription from the top actions bar and confirm the cancellation.

Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer have the ability to add migration licenses from your Azure subscription. You can still use the migration licenses in your license key and the migration projects that you are a member of.
Re-Subscribe
After you unsubscribe, you may re-subscribe and connect to your existing account again.
